Christmas Spirit is a Christmas album by Richard Marx, released in October 2012. Five tracks from the album were previously included on his 2011 release The Christmas EP. Christmas Spirit reached #181 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart and #21 on the Billboard Top Christmas Albums chart.
Two of the new tracks reached the Top 20 on the Adult Contemporary chart. „I Heard The Bells On Christmas Day” is based on Casting Crown’s arrangement of the song from their album Peace On Earth. Christmas Spirit spawned five singles, including „Christmas Spirit,” „Santa Claus Is Coming To Town,” „The Little Drummer Boy,” „Christmas Mornings” and „O Holy Night.”
