Geordie (named after a colloquial expression for their northern English homeland of Northumberland) was formed in 1972 by guitarist Vic Malcolm. They were joined by drummer Brian Gibson, bassist Tom Hill and later AC/DC singer Brian Johnson.

The band played glam rock in the wake of Slade or Mud. In December 1972 their first single „Don’t Do That” entered the UK charts, in March 1973 they landed a Top 10 hit with „All Because Of You”. „Can You Do It,” „Electric Lady” and „Black Cat Woman” followed. in 1976, Johnson left the band. The album „No Good Woman”, released in 1978, contains the last recordings with him, as well as new recordings with Dave Ditchburn as vocalist.

Demon now brings all four Geordie albums with Brian Johnson as valuable 180 gr. vinyl reissues in white, silver, pink and orange.
