A Toast To Panama Red is the fourth studio album by The Master’s Apprentices, released in 1971. It would be the group’s final studio album until their 1998 reunion.
The album, recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in the UK in the 1971 and with artwork designed by Jim Keays, is lauded as a pioneering Australian prog-rock release.
Sonically, the album falls into a progressive and psychedelic rock category. Harmonic melodies performed by lead singer Jim Keays, combined with guitar solos and smooth bass are what makes this album so memorable.
