Director Nimród Antal (“Predators,” “Motel,” “Control”) combines a rousing concert by the rock stars with a fictional story in “Metallica – Through The Never 3D. While Metallica rocks the big stage in front of a sold-out crowd, a young crew member has an urgent mission to fulfill that turns into a crazy trip. Shooting star Dane DeHaan (“The Amazing Spider-Man 2”) was cast in the role of roadie Trip.
