Pop star with country roots
Miley Cyrus is back: With „Younger Now,” the American singer presents a brand new album in 2017. It is now the sixth studio work, the successor to her mixtape album „Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz” from 2015.
Miley recorded a total of eleven new songs for „Younger Now.” She already gave a first taste of the record in advance with the singles „Malibu” and the title track, as well as the promo single „Inspired.” All three songs show that, in addition to pop music, she is always turning to country.
In addition to the singer, the album also features a very special guest: None other than country icon Dolly Parton supports in the song „Rainbowland”.
The production of „Younger Now” was taken over by Oren Yoel, who already sat behind the controls for Miley Cyrus’ previous album.
