Four years after the end of his prog-rock band Mess, Estonian musician Sven Grünberg released the remarkable album „Hingus” in 1981. The 23-minute title track, sometimes influenced by Far Eastern tonality, evokes fascinating futuristic soundscapes with a church organ, extremely rare synthesizers and extraordinary percussion effects. The other two, also great tracks are stylistically more reminiscent of the Berlin School around Klaus Schulze and Tangerine Dream.
