Turner’s seventh solo studio album, Foreign Affair was a massive success globally, while failing to break through in the United States. It brought Tina her first number one album on the UK charts and also reached number one in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland. Fitting title for the album, then – it truly was a „foreign affair”. The album includes the single „The Best”, which is one of Turner’s most famous songs.
