An American band with great potential, formed in 1972 by guitarist-vocalist Dick Wagner (ex- „The Frost”).

Ursa Major included keyboardist Billy Joel and drummer Rick Mangone. However, Billy Joel was soon forced to leave the band for personal reasons and Wagner replaced him with bassist Greg Arama (ex- „Amboy Dukes”).

The band toured the States with Jeff Beck, and then with Alice Cooper on equal terms. Having released this powerful album, the band suddenly broke up.
