Vaya Con Dios was one of Belgium’s biggest music exports, selling more than 7 million albums. The band was founded in 1986 by Dirk Schoufs, Dani Klein and Willy Lambregt. Vaya Con Dios stormed into the international charts with songs like Just A Friend Of Mine, What is a Woman? and Nah Neh Nah.

Vaya Con Dios stood out for the unmistakable voice of singer Dani Klein and the mixture of different musical styles. The Ultimate Collection shows the diversity of the band as well as the different eras of their existence. Vaya Con Dios also had great success in Germany. Their 1990 album Night Owls reached #6 on the German album charts (28 weeks) and was certified platinum.
