„I Say I Say I Say” is the sixth album from Vince Clarke and Andy Bell. It was recorded in 1993 at Studio 37B in Chertsey, Surrey, with Martyn Ware of synthpop veterans The Human League and Heaven 17. Clarke continued his typical and exclusive use of analog synthesizers and sequencers.

The record was originally released on May 16, 1994 and was Erasure’s fourth consecutive number one album in the UK. Among its best-known songs are the singles „Always,” „Run To The Sun” and „I Love Saturday.” Andy Bell once described „I Say I Say I Say” as follows: „I think it’s exciting, it’s very atmospheric, it’s good to listen to first thing in the morning, it’s good to listen to last thing in the evening, it’s good for headphones, […] it’s good to listen to in the car, on the Walkman.”
