Musician, producer and electro pioneer Moby will be back in 2018 with a new solo album. „Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt” is the title of his now 15 studio albums.

She is the successor of his ambient album „Long Ambients 1: Calm. Sleep.” (2016) and two LPs that Moby recorded together with the Void Pacific Choir: „These Systems Are Failing” (2016) and „More Fast Songs About The Apocalypse” (2017).

A total of twelve new tracks await „Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt„, including the first single release „Like A Motherless Child”, which was already released in December 2017. Besides Moby’s sprechgesang, singer Raquel Rodriguez can also be heard.

The song makes it clear that Moby on his new album tends from ambient back to trip-hop and soul.

By the way, the title of the album is a reference to Billy Pilgrim’s epitaph in Kurt Vonnegut’s novel „Slaughterhouse-Five” from 1969.
