Renowned Danish rock musician Ronnie Atkins, of Pretty Maids fame, is set to unveil his third studio album, aptly titled „Trinity„. espite facing a stage four lung cancer diagnosis in 2019, Atkins has not wasted any moment, dedicating his time to the creation and recording of two acclaimed albums, „Make it Count” and „One Shot”, both of which have garnered appreciation from critics and fans alike. Recently, he recommenced live performances in Europe, both as a solo artist and as part of the global Avantasia project. He intends to embark on a tour later this year to promote his new release as well.

These days, Atkins views life from a different lens than he did four years ago, fully immersing himself in the daily experiences and embracing the positive aspects life has to offer. His work, which predominantly involves crafting songs and performing on stage, serves as his lifeline, allowing him to indulge in activities that he genuinely desires to pursue.

„Trinity” might present a heavier tone compared to its predecessors since a majority of the songs are guitar-centric this time around. Nonetheless, the album retains a strong melodic core. The lyrics predominantly reflect the contemporary global scenario, which deeply inspires him. Many of the tracks bear a personal touch, with an earnest effort to sprinkle a dose of optimism throughout.

Keeping the successful team intact, the album has once again been sculpted under the expertise of producer Chris Laney, while Jacob Hansen handled the mixing and mastering. Atkins believes that the foundation of a good song is a catchy hook or topline, a principle that guided the creation of this robust, melodic hard rock album. His fervent wish is to bring these new tracks alive on the road.

Since embarking on his rock and roll journey with Pretty Maids, Atkins has persistently provided fans with high-quality melodic rock, and „Trinity” promises to continue this tradition in grand style.
