Re-release of the fourteenth Uriah Heep studio album as a 180g heavy LP edition, at the same time the first album without Ken Hensley. With a total of five cover versions, half of the album consists of foreign compositions for the first time. Among others, songs by Russ Ballard („On The Rebound”), John Cougar and the Bliss Band are reinterpreted. The sound is oriented to the contemporary US heavy metal of the release year 1982. Mick Box remains the central figure around which the new Uriah Heep line-up is formed, with singer Peter Goalby and keyboardist John Sinclair now becoming a permanent part of the band. Mick Box describes the album as „arguably very American sounding” and notes that it „marks the transition from the sound of the ’70s to that of the ’80s” for the band’s own development.
