ZZ Top will release their album „RAW” in 2022, which was produced in conjunction with the wildly popular and critically acclaimed 2019 Netflix documentary „That Little Ol’ Band From Texas.”
The Grammy-nominated film from Banger Films and director Sam Dunn features an interlude in which ZZ Top’s classic lineup – Billy Gibbons, Frank Beard and the now sadly deceased Dusty Hill – comes together for a very intimate session at Gruene Hall.
Gruene Hall is the oldest and still well-attended dance hall in Texas located in New Braunfels, in the heart of the Texas hill country.
Performing at this venue gave the band the creative impetus for the album „RAW.”
