„Let Go” is Avril Lavigne’s debut album, which was originally released in June 2002. „Let Go” became an instant sensation with hits like „Complicated” and „Sk8ter Boi” dominating the charts and airwaves, on turquoise vinyl.
Her first record deal at 16, her first top hit at 17 – Canadian rock’n’roll wild child Avril Lavigne had every right to make big noises. She called herself a „skate punk”, confidently stated that she was „everything but normal” and unleashed songs with cheeky lyrics on her fans. They grabbed hold and gave the lively singer and her debut longplay „Let Go” with the hits „Complicated” and „I’m With You” from 2002 a huge number 1 success in the USA and Canada.
