„ENIGMA: Intermission II” includes three brand new songs and – for the first time in the band’s history – orchestral arrangements of four carefully selected „Stratovarius” classics.

The concept of the album is similar to that of „Intermission”, which was released 17 years ago between the two classics „Infinite” and „Elements”. On more than 80 minutes the power metal greats present themselves from their best side around Timo Kotipelto’s powerful yet emotional voice.

„Enigma” and „Oblivion”, recorded only in 2018 and thus fresh out of the studio, are without a doubt two banger songs. Both combine an epic melody with a bombastic chorus and hard guitar riffs and reflect exactly what Stratovarius stand for: Symphonic Metal at its best!
