One of our favorite albums ever from German trumpeter Till Brönner – and one of the few to perfectly balance both his vocal and instrumental talents! The sound here is more jazzy soul than straight trumpet jazz – and Brönner’s warmly mellow vocals are cast in some beautiful backings that slink nicely along – never too over the top, never too contemporary soul sounding – but with a really careful balance that’s just right for the spacious Brönner approach!
